3.The Organisations have massive technical manpower with Post Graduate Degrees and Doctorates from premier Institutes and working in the interest of Nation.

4.The Organisation recruits manpower/employees initially on tentative basis and upon successful completion of probation period, it may retain or transfer in to any of the Govt. Funded Projects with tenure extensions.

5.The Board appoints the new recruits and they report o their respective heads or the Director.

6.The Organisations shall check the bonafides & Certificates of the new recruits and retain one copy along with a photograph for its records.

7.It is mandatory and highly essential for the employee to strictly abide by the code of conduct of the Organisation and respect its Protocol.

8.The new recruits while on tentative basis are paid a consolidated salary and at the discretion of the Board may also be provided some incentives in order to encourage.

9.The New recruits need to give a month’s notice or else their emoluments stand forfeited.

10.Op on acceptance of either a prior notice or resignation submitted by the employee & handing over the charge to new incumbant, the Board may relieve and settle the account accordingly.

11. As the Organisations fall under the Statutes of India Government, certain additional rules have to be followed.

12.The Board reserves the right to terminate the services with or without assigning any reasons at any point of time.

13.If there is any disciplinary action the Board may initiate legal action as per the laws of the land.

14.The Organisations being highly reputed one are highly valued internationally and this experience shall be on par with CMM Level 5 or 6 sigma Corporates and MNC’s or Internationally reputed R&D’s for getting better opportunities.

H.R.Protocol - isrdo

1. Using Personal Cell Phones or handhelds is Prohibited.

2.Dissent towards seniors is a serious offence and may trigger disciplinary action.

3.Whiling away time or chit chatting are prohibited.

4.Using Official resources for various means communication or information for personal interests is prohibited.

5. Frequent Reporting to seniors is essential.

6. Time In & Out information is essential.

7. Daily Worksheets have to be given to the concerned Officer.

8. Weekly report of progress and developments also has to be given to the concerned Official explaining about the processes and if any improvements if necessary.

9. Usage of Terms of address like Sir / Madam is essential while talking to Senior Officers or high profile dignitaries like Hon’ble Ministers / Bureaucrats while representing the Organisation.

10. Punctuality is highly essential or else there will be a deduction in the emoluments.

11. No leaves are permitted without prior permission of the Senior Officer and salary shall be deducted accordingly.

12.In case of violation of any of the above, enough opportunities will be provided but in spite of non correction, it may attract serious action from the Board.

13. The Board in order to protect the dignity of The Office of Director General & Secretary General or any or its R&D Establishments or any other Offices established under any Statutes warrants strict legal action under the laws of the land in case of any violations.
