4.  After selection of the candidate we provide in house training for stipulated period of time and provide a live project to the candidate.

5.  After completion of in-house training in stipulated period and projects the candidates are trained in personality development and resume building exercise.

6.  After completion of training the candidate are supposed to take one screen test(Aptitude) & one screen test(Technical) + Interview(H.R.) + One interview(Technical) in order to make them ready for jobs in MNCs or Corporate.   

7.  Then the resume of the candidate are circulated to all fortune 500 companies, corporate, MNCs, Industries, Organisations of repute with official logo of the Organisation in  addition  to  displaying  in  various job portals on internet.

8.  As per the policies of various companies and corporate’s the candidate will be interviewed and absorbed according to their performance.
